Getting started

Requesting access

ThriveRent accounts are provisioned by your operator administrator. If you need access, ask your administrator to invite you, or request access from the sign-in page and we’ll route you to the right team.

Signing in

1. Go to the sign-in page and enter your facility email.
2. Complete authentication (you may be prompted to verify your email or set up a second factor).
3. You’ll land on your dashboard, scoped to the facilities you’re assigned to.

What you can see

Your role determines what you can access. Facility staff see their own facilities; operator and tenant administrators see roll-ups across the organization. If something looks missing, it’s usually a permissions scope — check with your administrator.
