How residents and responsible parties pay, payment links, and saved methods.

How payments work

ThriveRent collects rent through Stripe. Charges posted to a resident’s ledger can be paid by card or bank account, and payouts are reconciled back against the ledger automatically.

Paying a charge

  1. Open the payment link sent for a charge, or sign in to the resident portal.
  2. Review the amount and the facility it applies to.
  3. Enter a payment method and confirm. A receipt is generated on success.

Saved payment methods

Responsible parties can save a payment method in the portal for faster future payments. Payment credentials are stored by Stripe — ThriveRent never stores full card or bank numbers.
